Dallas Police
On September 18, 2026, at approximately 10:08 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 6100 block of Glen Trail Drive.
The preliminary investigation determined that two females were found shot at the location.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced 22-year-old, Zyaira Sterling deceased. The other woman was transported to the hospital in stable condition. The motives and circumstances surrounding this offense are still under investigation. This ongoing investigation is documented under case number 137949-2026.
