The Dallas Police Department will host its annual National Night Out on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. This community event brings Dallas residents and law enforcement officers together for an evening focused on connection, neighborhood safety, and partnership.
National Night Out provides an opportunity for Dallas residents to meet local police officers, build relationships, connect with their neighbors, learn about public safety resources, and enjoy a variety of activities.
This year’s National Night Out will feature a live DJ, free food, and a hot dog contest, providing residents with an opportunity to have fun and strengthen relationships with the officers and public safety partners who serve their communities.
Residents throughout the City of Dallas are encouraged to participate in this community event and enjoy an evening of food, music, and community activities.
