Today, the Florida Lottery announces that Mercedes Nunez, 34, of Tampa, claimed a $5 million top prize from the 200X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee on June 29. Nunez chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,779,400.00. Nunez purchased her winning ticket from Murphy USA, located at 1405 W. 15th Street in Panama City.
