Dallas Police Reopen Charles Epperly Cold Case Tuesday

The Dallas Department continues to investigate the 2004 murder of 66-year-old Charles “Charlie” Epperly.

On September 26, 2004, Mr. Epperly was working as a security guard in the 11100 block of Harry Hines Blvd, when he was shot and killed by unknown suspect during an armed robbery.
