Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a male that occurred at 4854 Clover Street about 8:55 p.m. on November 10.
The suspect, Roderick Jamal Harris, 41, is charged with murder in the 496th Criminal District Court. A booking photo of Harris is attached to the news release.
The victim is identified as Antonio Moor, 47.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives C. Davidson, J. Meister-Wile, and R. Bounds reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and located a male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the male, later identified as Mr. Moor, deceased at the scene.
Witnesses inside the residence stated they heard multiple gun shots prior to finding the victim unresponsive.
Further investigation identified Roderick Jamal Harris as a suspect in this case. On Thursday (November 20), he was arrested by HPD Southeast Patrol Division’s Crime Suppression Team. He was subsequently charged and booked into Harris County Jail.
