Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred 535 Seminar Drive about 10:15 p.m. on July 7.
Daniel Michael Lewis Jr., 22, is charged with murder in the 496th State District Court. A photo of Lewis Jr. is attached to this news release.
The victim is identified as Anthony M. Aitken Jr., 37.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Dudley and Detective K. Heaverlo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and learned a male had suffered at least one gunshot wound. Paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital where doctors later pronounced him deceased.
