On Friday, July 18, 2025, Northeast Patrol conducted a joint operation with its neighboring divisions Southeast, North Central, and Northwest, targeting high crime areas known for drug sales.
The operation resulted in 5 felony charges, 8 felony warrants, Methamphetamine , Cocaine, a pistol, and a stolen vehicle.
“Teamwork and collaboration is how we fight crime, it’s one of our strengths,” said Deputy Chief Patricia Mora. “The collective total of every officer’s knowledge and experience enables us to do our job and do it well.”
The most notable arrests include 53-year-old Elizabeth Hoad and 22-year-old Kylar Roussel. Hoad and Roussel were both charged with possessing felony amounts of Methamphetamine and Cocaine. Additionally, Mr. Roussel was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, both of which are Class A Misdemeanors.
