The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a suspect in a robbery that occurred in Southeast.
On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 11:44 a.m., the suspects approached the victim at 8th Street and Heights Alley, Southeast. The suspects threatened the victim, took the victim’s money, and then fled the scene. One of the suspects was apprehended by responding officers.
On Friday, October 10, 2025, 23-year-old Davon Lindsey, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery (Fear).
This case remains under investigation. Anyone who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police
