Marion County Man Wins $10M Powerball Prize

The Florida Lottery announces that Christopher Trail, 51, of Ocklawaha, claimed a $10 million prize from the POWERBALL® drawing held on March 11, 2026, at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee on March 18. Trail purchased his winning ticket from Circle K, located at 10030 County Road 44 in Leesburg.

Since joining POWERBALL® in 2009, the game has generated more than $3.37 billion in contributions to education statewide. Florida is among the top-selling POWERBALL® states in the country, with more than 158 million winning tickets totaling more than $4.07 billion in prizes, including 17 jackpot winners.

The next POWERBALL® drawing will be held on Saturday, June 27, at 10:59 p.m., ET, with an estimated $348 million jackpot. Tickets must be purchased by 10:00 p.m. ET to be eligible for this drawing. POWERBALL® drawings are broadcast live, in high definition, from the Lottery’s state-of-the-art draw studio in Tallahassee. Drawings are also available for viewing on the Lottery’s website and official YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/floridalottery . Winning numbers are available on the Lottery’s website, free mobile app, at retailers statewide, and by phone at (850) 921-PLAY.
