Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 7600 North Loop East (North Interstate Highway 610) about 10:10 p.m. on Thursday (October 24).
The identity of the deceased male, believed to be between 40 – 50 years old, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives G. Zavala & M. Cater reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to the underpass area at the above address and met with Houston Fire Department personnel. Officers were informed the male was hanging underneath the middle of the overpass and had suffered burns to his body.
The male’s cause of death is pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
