Dallas Police
On Thursday, July 23, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a Shooting call in the 8800 block of Lake June Road. The preliminary investigation determined that 20-year-old Stacie Carrasco was shot by 21-year-old Maria Morales.
Carrasco was transported by Dallas Fire-Rescue to a local hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
Morales was located and arrested sometime later. She is currently booked into Lew Sterrett Jail and being charged with Murder.
