Dallas Police
On March 14, 2026, at approximately 2:15 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a Shooting call in the 2600 block of Emmett Street.
The preliminary investigation determined 35-year-old Faustino Sanchez was shot at the location by 29-year-old Robert Neri Hernandez.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the individual dead at the scene.
Hernandez was later located, arrested, and transported to Lew Sterrett jail where he is currently being charged with Murder.
The investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 035912-2026.
