Dallas Police
On March 28, 2026, at approximately 8:34 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined a man, later identified as 38-year-old Levett Gilliam, was shot by unknown suspects. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and transported Gilliam to the hospital in critical condition, where he died. This is an ongoing investigation, documented under case number 044037-2026.
