Dallas Police
On February 12, 2026, at approximately 5:30 am, officers responded to a shooting call at Ledbetter Drive and Bonnie View Road. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived that two people had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported one person to a local hospital in stable condition. The second victim, later identified as 29-year-old Torian King, died at the scene. The investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 020047-2026.
