Dallas Police
On December 6, 2025, at about 10:20 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2700 Samuell Boulevard. The preliminary investigation determined 26-year-old Christian Velasquez Rosas had been shot at the location.
Velasquez Rosas was taken to a local hospital where he died.
This ongoing investigation is documented on case number 174753-2025.
A grand jury referral will be submitted to the Dallas County District Attorney’s office.
