Homicide Reported at 200 S Hall St, Say Dallas Police

25 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 200 block of south Hall Street. The preliminary investigation determined that 32-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Lucio had been shot at the location. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene, where he died. This is an ongoing investigation documented under case number 084934-2025 and will be referred to a Grand Jury.
