Dallas Police
On February 25, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Dallas Police officers responded to a Shooting call in the1200 block of Hidden Valley Drive.
The preliminary investigation determined, 26-year-old Malachi Palmer, was shot at the location by an unknown suspect(s).
Dallas Fire and Rescue responded and began transporting Palmer to a local hospital. During transport, Palmer succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing and will be documented on case number 027150-2026.
