Dallas Police
On December 28, 2025, at about 5:57 am, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 14000 block of Peyton Drive. The preliminary investigation determined that when officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire Rescue responded and pronounced the man dead.
Officer located the suspect, Alberto Palacios and transported him to Jack Evan Police Headquarters. The investigation will be referred to the Dallas County Grand Jury. This investigation will be documented on Case number 185228-2025.
