Dallas Police
45 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call near the intersection of Cantegral and Live Oak Streets. The preliminary investigation determined that two suspects shot a male victim sitting in a car in the 2700 block of Florence Street, then followed the victim until he crashed at the intersection of Cantegral and Live Oak. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene, where the victim died. The suspects are in custody and charges are pending. The victim’s name is not being released pending next of kin notification. This is an ongoing investigation and will be documented under case number 090688-2025.
