The Florida Lottery announces that Primitivo Batista, 61, of Clermont, claimed the $21.5 million FLORIDA LOTTO® jackpot from the February 4, 2026, drawing at the Lottery’s Orlando District Office on February 9. Batista chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11,750,158.50. Batista purchased his winning ticket from BJ’s Wholesale Club, located at 2577 S. U.S. Highway 27 in Clermont.
