Houston Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found in the 6400 block of Briar Terrace Drive about 9:20 p.m. on Saturday (October 25).
The victim is identified as Alan Tavera, 18.
HPD Homicide Division Sgt. C. Lafour and Detective E. Camacho reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a crash at the above address after a red Nissan Titan struck a parked vehicle in a driveway. Houston Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. Officers learned he had suffered at least one gunshot one.
At this time, there is no known suspect(s).
