Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman at 8102 West Tidwell Road about 8:55 p.m. on Monday (June 23).
The identity of the victim, believed to be in her 30s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives P. Michon and J. Robles reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at the above address and found a female with a gunshot wound in the parking lot of a business. Responding Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced the female deceased at the scene.
Preliminary investigation determined the suspect vehicle to be a gray or silver Chevrolet SUV. At this time, there is no suspect description.
