Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 7601 Curry Road about 12:35 a.m. on Saturday (November 22).
The identity of the victim, 20, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Arrington and Detective M. Castillo reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the parking lot of an apartment complex at the above address. They located a male on the sidewalk who had suffered at least one gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Investigators learned the male was walking when three unknown suspects approached him and shots were fired. The suspects fled the scene on foot.
