Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 7441 Calhoun Road about 6:35 p.m. on Saturday (March 21).
The identity of the male victim, 26, is pending notification to family members by they Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Amri and H. Montealegre-Cerrato reported:
Officers were patrolling the area when they heard multiple gunshots. They then responded to the above address where they found a male victim lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers rendered first aid until paramedics arrived. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
At this time there are is no known suspect(s) or motive.
