Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3614 Mainer Street about 4:20 a.m. on Sunday (May 11).
The identity of the deceased male, believed to be 30, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Finlay and B. Stephens reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a residence at the above address and found a male with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Detectives identified a possible shooter at the scene and interviewed the individual.
At this time, the details about the dispute that led to the shooting is under investigation and no one is charged.
