Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at at 2451 Hayes Road about 3:15 a.m. on Sunday (Nov. 2).
The identity of the deceased male, 25, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Montalvo and Detective D. Higgs reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at a hotel at the above address and found a male who had suffered at least one gunshot wound inside a room. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Investigators learned the male was shot after an argument with another person(s) inside the room.
At this time, the investigation is ongoing.
