Houston police have learned a male critically injured in a crash in the 5900 block of Cullen Boulevard about 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 11 has died.
The identity of the deceased male, 21, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Southeast Patrol Division officers and Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Rose and Officer K. Stanley reported:
A black Honda motorcycle was traveling southbound and a black Chevrolet Malibu was traveling northbound at the above address. The Malibu failed to yield the right of way and attempted to make a left turn. The motorcycle struck the Malibu and its male operator was ejected. Paramedics transported the male to Ben Taub Hospital where doctors pronounced him deceased on Tuesday (Sept. 16).
The female driver, 33, of the Malibu was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
