The following employee was terminated by Chief Comeaux during a disciplinary hearing on June 25, 2026:
Police Officer Armando Jaramillo, #12345, was terminated for engaging in adverse conduct when he assaulted a family member and was arrested by the Royce City Police Department for Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Family Violence, a Class A misdemeanor; for being involved in a disturbance which resulted in a police response; and for failing to notify his chain of command when he was named in a protective order. Officer Jaramillo had been a member of the Department since March 2022 and was assigned to the Northeast Patrol Division.
