On October 6, 2025, Officer Dekoven Joshlin, #11528, turned himself into the Harris County Sheriff’s Department for a warrant out of the Houston Police Department for Harassment, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Officer Joshlin has been a member of the Department since May 2018 and is assigned to the Northwest Patrol Division. He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
