Dallas Police
On May 7, 2025, Dallas Police Senior Corporal Carlos Almeida, #10448, was arrested by the Carrollton Police Department for Public Intoxication, a Class C misdemeanor. Senior Corporal Almeida was off duty at the time of the offense.
Senior Corporal Almeida has been on the Department since September 2012 and is assigned to the Facilities Management Unit. He is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
