On December 24, 2025, Lieutenant Jeremy Carter, #9550, was arrested by the Midlothian Police Department for DWI.
Lieutenant Carter has been a member of the department since August 2008 and is assigned to the Operational Technology Unit.
He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
