On October 28, 2025, Dallas Police Office Assistant Nicole Jones turned herself in to the Lancaster Police Department on a warrant out of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department for Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animals, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Office Assistant Nicole Jones has been a member of the Department since February 2019 and is assigned to the Property Recovery Squad. She has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs administrative investigation.
