On Friday, January 16, 2026, at approximately 11:05 p.m., patrol officers responded to 407 Martinique Avenue regarding a Disturbance Active Shooter in a Vehicle under Incident #26-0092160. An unknown suspect had fired several rounds into the residence occupied by six victims. The Gang Unit took the investigative lead. The juvenile suspect was identified that led to securing five arrest warrants for Deadly Conduct, a Third-Degree Felony, and placing him under custody without incident on Friday, January 30, 2026.
