Dallas Police
40 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3100 block of Chapel Creek Drive. The preliminary investigation determined Adrian Elvir, 37, and another man were shot at the location when two unknown male suspects attempted to rob them. Elvir died from his injury at the scene. The other man was taken a local hospital and is in critical but stable condition.
This is ongoing investigation and is documented on case number 063302-2023.
