Dallas Police
On September 7, 2026, at approximately 12:00 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a Disturbance call in the 5100 block of Cardiff Street. The preliminary investigation determined that 64-year-old Charlie Williams was shot by 33-year-old Kerry Armstead. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced Williams deceased at the scene. Armstead was arrested and transported to Lew Sterrett Jail, where he is being charged with Murder.
