The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a suspect in a robbery that occurred in Northwest.
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at approximately 3:10 a.m., the victim was walking in the 1800 block of Columbia Road, Northwest, when the suspect approached him, brandished a knife, and robbed the victim of his property.
On Tuesday, December 9, 2025, pursuant to a DC Superior Court booking order, 31-year-old Samora Samson Buchanan, of Northwest, DC, was located and charged with Armed Robbery (Knife).
